The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has initiated a sweeping investigation into Khyati Land and three affiliated companies owned by Khyati hospital director Kartik Patel, who remains at large following two deaths at the hospital. Investigators have found that several prominent figures, including IAS and IPS officers, purchased land plots in Santej and Ongjad through Khyati Land.
These officers, who acquired plots measuring between 500 and 1,000 square yards, now face a predicament.
Sources indicate that several officers purchased land solely based on survey number documents and are now scrambling to trace their investments.
