Dipen Jaggiwala, 45, from Surat, isn't a household name, but his skill played a crucial role in catching constable Virendrasinh Padheriya, the killer of MICA student Priyanshu Jain. Jaggiwala, a police sketch artist, created an accurate likeness of Padheriya, leading to his arrest.

What is remarkable is that Jaggiwala, who also runs a mobile phone and CCTV business, drew the sketch during a video call with a witness. It was a perfect match on the first try, taking only 45 minutes.

Jaggiwala told Mirror that he usually uses software called Anydesk to work with witnesses. But on that day, technical issues forced him to use a video call instead.

"I was in Surat, and the witness was in Ahmedabad, so I made a video call to the witness on WhatsApp," Jaggiwala said.
