TCS inks $723-mn deal with Phoenix Group

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced an expansion of its longstanding partnership with Phoenix Group, UK's largest long-term savings and retirement provider, through a contract valued at over £600 million (around $723 million). This will be the largest deal win for TCS in FY23.

As part of the deal, TCS will digitally transform Phoenix's ReAssure business, including its administration services, using the BaNCS-based platform.

Rajesh Gopinthan, chief executive officer (CEO) and managing director (MD), TCS, post the Q3 FY23 result, said that UK as a market is growing well and clients are much more decisive of their decision making. Though clients in Europe are taking more time.
