Victoria, 34, had left her home in Malton, North Yorks, at 9am on September 30 and was last seen on CCTV visiting a garage shop and the bus station in her hometown.
Some of her belongings had been found near to the River Derwent. Police had ruled out online claims that she had been abducted.
