Drug addict boxer who killed mum gets 7 years

A DRUG-crazed boxer who beat his mother to death, leaving paramedics initially unable to tell if she was female or male, was yesterday jailed for more than seven years.

Finn Henry flew into a rage believing his mother Suzanne was a "demon" and strangled her during a drug-induced psychosis.

Mrs Henry, 54, who had begged her son to stop using drugs, had been filming his bizarre behaviour at their home in Madeley, Staffs.

Northampton Crown Court heard yesterday how Henry, 21, was addicted to horse tranquilliser ketamine which he had been taking since the age of 16.
