Zak out of Sri Lanka Tests, Cox and Stone called up
IT'LL STICK IN CRAW

ENGLAND will be without injured opener Zak Crawley for the upcoming Test series against Sri Lanka, and have called up uncapped Jordan Cox alongside Olly Stone.

Crawley is sidelined for the three matches, which start at Old Trafford on August 21, after fracturing the little finger on his right hand during the third Test win against the West Indies at Trent Bridge.

The 26-year-old Kent batter has cemented his position at the top of the order with Ben Duckett, but will now focus his attention on being fit for the series in Pakistan in October.

Dan Lawrence is set to open in Crawley's place against Sri Lanka.
