Tory leader Kemi Badenoch will use her first Opposition Day this week to force a division on reversing the measure.

It will put pressure on 114 Labour MPs for rural areas and highlight Sir Keir's internal spats over plans to tax farms worth over £1million.

While Wednesday's vote will not be binding, the number of ruling party abstentions could reach 60 - higher than the 52 who missed voting on the winter fuel allowance.
