Christina Haynes, 44, had shared the West London home with multi-millionaire partner Mark Austin, 70, and their two children after the couple met in 2000.
However, they split in 2017 and, following Family Court proceedings, Mr Austin agreed to pay Ms Haynes £2.75m to buy a new house for her and the children.
