ERIK TEN HAG says Alejandro Garnacho has the X factor but claims he must work even harder to become world class.
The Manchester United winger is improving rapidly, coming off the bench to score in the Community Shield before setting up Joshua Zirkzee's late winner against Fulham to add to his 10 goals and four assists last season.
Garnacho's next mission is to nail down a starting place on the right side of United's attack and Ten Hag knows the 20-year-old has fans on the edge of their seats.
But the United manager says the winger must continue grafting to be mentioned among the very best.
