Skipper James Cutfield was placed under investigation on Monday for culpable shipwreck and multiple manslaughter.
But reports in Italy say three other crew members are also set to be named as being under investigation.
La Repubblica reported that Dutch second-in-command Tijs Koopmans, British engineer Tim Parker Eaton and the British crew member Matthew Griffith will all be placed under the same probe after the tragedy on August 19.
