Zara faces paying up for Princess Royal's residence

The Princess Royal's Gatcombe Park estate, in Gloucestershire, is thought to be worth more than the £3million threshold.

So her daughter, Zara Tindall, and son, Peter Phillips, are now likely to be billed for inheritance tax on it.

The 730-acre site, which could be classed as an agricultural asset under the Chancellor's plans, has been Anne's home for years.
