Maddy Smedley, 32, made the penultimate episode of series one of The Traitors and repeatedly, and correctly, identified a Traitor.
But no one believed her in the BBC game show of treachery and trust, and she missed out on the cash prize. Now Maddy has hit the jackpot playing Dilys Shaughnessy in Call the Midwife.
