Steve and Lisa Rawlings bought run-down Coalport station for £365,000 in 2002.
They have since renovated the derelict Victorian building, grounds and platforms, and turned two vintage train carriages into holiday lets.
Steve, 74, says: "We were searching for a property where we could live away from the hustle and bustle.
