ROB Burrow's widow and children yesterday visited the sea of flowers and tributes placed by fans at the rugby league legend's former club.
Lindsey, 41, and daughters, Macy, 12, and Maya, nine, and son Jackson, five, spent 30 minutes reading messages and cards at Leeds' Headingley Stadium.
Macy put her arm around her mum while the pair took in the tributes as Jackson asked: "Are these all for Daddy?"
Lindsey fought tears as she bent down to read heartfelt words written by members of the public. Her children, all in school uniforms, also laid flowers.
Rob, who was diagnosed with motor neurone disease in 2019 and given two years to live, died in hospital aged 41 on Sunday.
Since then, a constant stream of people have paid their respects, leaving scarves, flags, shirts, flowers and number 7 balloons, in reference to his Leeds Rhinos shirt number.
