CALUM Best has been acquitted of sexually assaulting a woman in an Ibiza nightclub.
His accuser said the reality star had forced her hand into his shorts at the O Beach club on the Spanish holiday island.
Three trial judges on neighbouring Majorca yesterday ruled there was no evidence to support the tourist's allegation.
A trial in Palma last Tuesday had heard that CCTV at the club, owned by football pundit Gary Lineker's brother Wayne, had not captured any assault occurring.
The verdict is earlier than expected, as Best was warned he could face a three-month wait before judges made a decision.
