Once a magnet for the biggest names, Chelsea isn't a job the top managers are now rushing to take says Lampard

MAURICIO POCHETTINO appears to be in no particular rush to get to Chelsea and Frank Lampard thinks he knows why.

Lampard is preparing for tonight's London derby with Arsenal and still has to contend with Manchester Manchester United City, and Newcastle in the final three games before the curtain comes down on a disastrous season at Stamford Bridge.

Talks are progressing very steadily with former Tottenham manager Pochettino (above) about taking over at the end of the campaign.

"We're at that stage of the season now where understand we are not going to get into Europe," said Lampard, as he pondered why fans may need to be patient when it comes to waiting for his replacement to arrive.

"Other managers are probably going, I'll take a look at this and wait until pre-season when I can enforce what I want to do'.
