CCTV of Wayne Couzens flashing at female McDonald's staff was shown to police hours before he kidnapped and murdered Sarah Everard, a tribunal has heard

Ex-PC Samantha Lee is said to have failed to obtain crucial evidence after the Met policeman targeted staff in Swanley, Kent, on February 14 and 27, 2021, the latter three days before he went on to kill.

Yesterday, McDonald's manager Sam Taylor said he played PC Lee footage and told her it could be downloaded on to a USB stick.
