ONE of football's biggest characters Joe Kinnear has died aged 77.
He was a decorated player for Spurs before managing Wimbledon FC - known as the Crazy Gang for their no-nonsense football and raucous behaviour off the pitch with distinction.
A Wimbledon statement said: "Everyone connected with Wimbledon was deeply saddened to hear that Joe Kinnear has passed away.
"A true legend of the club, Joe gave us some amazing memories that we treasure." Kinnear's family said he died peacefully surrounded by loved ones.
