DANIEL DUBOIS has been tipped for superstardom after silencing his doubters with his victory over Anthony Joshua.
Dubois dropped the former two-time world champion three times before flattening him in the fifth round to defend his heavyweight title at Wembley.
The 27-year-old had battled accusations of being a quitter following his defeats by Joe Joyce and Oleksandr Usyk.
And there had been fears he would freeze in front of a record crowd of more than 98,000 fans at the national stadium.
But instead "Dynamite" Dubois produced the performance of his life with a brutal destruction of Joshua to signal the start of a new era in British boxing.
And his promoter Frank Warren said: "He is the big thing. He did the business in style and a star was born on Saturday night at Wembley; that was an amazing performance.
