OFFICERS have been condemned for deliberately ramming a police car into an escaped cow in a residential street.
Video footage shows the vehicle being driven into the 10-month-old animal twice.
Witnesses say the calf- called Beau Lucy was not a danger to anyone. The police action has been called "disgusting".
The force says the driver has now been removed from frontline duties.
The owner of the 30st breeding heifer described the incident as "horrific".
