SPEEDBOAT killer Jack Shepherd should stay in jail until he reveals the truth about his victim's final moments, her dad demands.
Shepherd claimed Charlotte Brown, 24, was partly to blame for her death after his vessel sank during a 2015 date.
The father of one, who fled to Georgia before his trial, said it was "ultimately her action" that caused the tragedy and claimed she had been in control during the champagne-fuelled boat ride.
Weeks before he is due to be released, Charlotte's dad Graham Brown, 60, blasted: "Jack Shepherd should not be released until he tells us the truth." Graham, who works for the prison service, said: "The only one who knows what really happened is Shepherd.
"We want to know what happened.
But evil men like this who do these sorts of things never admit or tell anyone.
"He will never admit it, I know he won't. He will say it's not his fault. In my mind he murdered my daughter and should be doing a proper life sentence.
"He shouldn't be released until he tells us what he did.
DEFECTS
Business consultant Charlotte drowned on her first date with Shepherd, who invited her on to a clapped out speedboat he bought on Gumtree.
The 14ft Fletcher Arrowflyte GTO, riddled with defects, hit a log and capsized, throwing them into the River Thames near Wandsworth Bridge in West London.
Shepherd, now 35, was charged with manslaughter but fled to Georgia, he lived in a Sovietera flat on the outskirts of capital Tbilisi. The fugitive enjoyed boozy nights out and trips to the ski slopes.
