'Floating bomb' docks in UK

A DAMAGED cargo ship dubbed a "floating bomb" has docked in Britain, sparking alarm.

MV Ruby, carrying 20,000 tons of explosive Russian fertiliser, has moored at Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

It has been turned away by Norway and Lithuania, and spent a month anchored 15 miles off Margate, Kent.

It has seven times more ammonium nitrate than the 2,750 tons of the fertiliser which exploded in the Port of Beirut in 2020, killing 218 people.
