PAUL WELLENS has warned his St Helens side to fight fire with fire as they bid to avoid a sixth straight loss to Catalans.
Injury-hit Saints have not beaten the French side since a Challenge Cup quarter-final victory in April 2022.
Clashes between the sides have typically been close-fought and Wellens admitted the Dragons' huge forward pack will pose a huge challenge tonight.
Wellens said: "They've got an identity in the way they play and part of that is the physical nature.
"They have got some big bodies who are very hard to handle, not just in the forwards, but also in the backs.
