HOLIDAYMAKERS have been warned of a summer of travel chaos after announcements of significant industrial action.
Gatwick Airport staff are the latest to walk out, with an eight-day strike planned at the height of summer.
It comes after Birmingham Airport workers also announced continuous action starting next week.
Travellers are still waiting to hear if a proposed walkout by European air traffic controllers will mean their flights will be among the estimated 12,600 a day that are cancelled.
