PRINCE Harry - on a surprise visit to Britain to attend a High Court hearing has been told the King is "too busy" to see him this week, a royal source says.
The Duke of Sussex joined other highprofile individuals bringing a case against Daily Mail publisher Associated Newspapers over alleged unlawful information-gathering at its titles.
Eyebrows were raised in royal circles yesterday by Harry's attendance at the court case taking place at a time when the King was scheduled to be away on the first official state visit of his reign.
Charles is still in Britain as his trip to France was postponed due to rioting.
It is believed to be the first time Harry has been in the UK since the Queen's funeral in September.
