The iconic brand's Type 00 concept car is designed to set the tone for its all-electric future and shed its reputation for elegant but stuffy vehicles.
But the model's Barbie pink colour was ridiculed by some.
So too was the £100,000 price of the production version which will be too steep for many traditional Jag buyers.
