JK Rowling: Freedom of speech is at an end

JK Rowling warned a new hate crime law will end free speech, challenging authorities to arrest her under it.

The Harry Potter author said the law, which took effect in Scotland yesterday, is open to abuse. Police expect a wave of complaints about online posts.
