BRASS-NECKED Boris Johnson is expected to insist again that he broke no rules over Covid parties when MPs grill him tomorrow.

Despite being fined for attending No10 bashes, the brazen former PM yesterday submitted a dossier outlining why he believes he was not deliberately lying to Parliament about it.

His loyal cronies have already been trying to influence the Privileges Committee which will quiz him, branding the inquiry a "witch-hunt" and raising questions over its chair, Labour's Harriet Harman. But his slippery bid to wriggle out of blame will infuriate grieving relatives of Covid victims, who have demanded he be axed if he is found to have misled MPs in 2021.
