THE future of the NHS is under threat thanks to 14 years of Tory cuts that have brought it to its knees, leading doctors warn.
And medics fear more patients will be harmed unless the decline in numbers of staff is urgently addressed.
It comes as Labour vowed to end the 8am scramble for a GP appointment, where people have to ring up first thing in the morning hoping to see a doctor, or even queue up outside surgeries.
Shadow Health Secretary Wes Streeting said as Rishi Sunak is not waiting months to see a GP, "he doesn't care that you are".
