TWO military heroes who have put their lives on the line for Britain are going into battle against the Tories to try to win seats for Labour.
Former Army intelligence operator Mike Tapp and ex- Royal Marine captain Fred Thomas said they are fed-up with 13 years of Conservative rule that has crippled public services and left millions struggling.
The pair form part of Labour's exciting new election line-up.
Mike will try to unseat Nathalie Elphicke from Dover and Deal, who took over from then-husband Charlie who was jailed for sex offences. Fred has Veterans Minister Johnny Mercer's Plymouth Moor View seat in his sights.
They spoke exclusively to the Mirror about their upcoming fight against the Tories.
