SHIRLEY Ballas has turned to ice baths in the hope of avoiding going under the knife for her back issues.
The Strictly head judge, 64, said she is aiming to delay surgery for as long as possible.
She said: "I've got this disorder in my spine, degenerative spine, which I haven't really talked about with anybody yet.
"But it is three types of operation. I don't want to do the operations so I'm doing anti-inflammatory.
