Sam Quek says her husband is really excited to watch her on Strictly Come Dancing, even though she suspects he would rather be on the show himself.
The Olympic medallist, 35, said she and Tom Mairs are always the last couple at a wedding to get off the dance floor. They share kids Molly, three, and Zac, two, and Sam told of how he went into a panic when she said they needed to talk - because he thought she was pregnant again.
And she said he was thrilled when she announced she was joining the BBC show, instead of welcoming a new arrival.
The BBC presenter told the Mirror's Invite Only podcast: "I told my husband and mum and dad about Strictly straight away Tom was actually at their house fixing their oven.
"So I walked into the hall and he was like, 'What are you doing here, why do you need to talk to us?'
"Then he just blurted out, 'Oh my God, you're not pregnant again, are you?'
"Then I told them the news and all three of them were so happy. They were buzzing."
Asked how Tom felt about her performing the show's steamier numbers, she laughed: "I'm not sexy. I can't do the sexy eyes, the body language. So I think that will be a challenge to tap into that side of me.
"And if I try to do it, I'll have to try not to laugh.
