Charles, 75, was diagnosed in January after having treatment for an enlarged prostate.
The figures for the year to April show the number of official engagements by the Royal Family fell from 2,700 to 2,300.
The Princess of Wales, 42, announced in March that she was having chemotherapy.

The figures for official engagements are revealed in Buckingham Palace's annual accounts, the Sovereign Grant report, covering the first full financial year of the King's reign.
