EVIL GP Thomas Kwan poisoned a neighbour's plants before he tried to kill his stepdad with a suspected pesticide, it has been claimed.
Kwan, 53, admitted attempting to murder his mother's partner Patrick O'Hara, 72, with a fake Covid jab laced with poison while disguised as a nurse.
He was also involved in disputes with neighbours as he hatched his plan.
Police returned to his £500,000 home in Teesside to carry out searches after he changed his plea two weeks ago to admit the attempted murder.
They found chemicals in his garage, including castor beans, which are used to make deadly chemical weapon ricin.
One neighbour claimed a resident on the close where Kwan lived was shocked to see their garden die off.
