MARCUS RASHFORD must show leadership at Manchester United and be the inspiration for Ruben Amorim's new era at Old Trafford.
Treble winner Teddy Sheringham says Rashford, 27, has been a massive disappointment for United when he should be their star attacker.
Rashford was criticised for jetting Stateside to watch the New York Knicks at the weekend and Sheringham claims he must inspire United's younger players to get the team performing under new boss Amorim.
"Marcus Rashford needs to look at the manager and think, 'I like the way he's talking, I like his vibe. I understand exactly what he wants and I'm going to lead from the front"," Sheringham (above) told Best Offshore Sportsbooks.
"Younger players would then look at Rashford and think, 'If you're going to show me how it's done, I'm following you'.
