A LANCASTER bomber ace has revealed his secret to a long life as he turned 100: "Be lucky and don't get shot down."
Retired navigator Flight Lieutenant Clifford Storr celebrated his milestone with a present to remember - a private concert by an RAF band.
Clifford, one of the last surviving Lancaster bomber heroes from the Second World War, added his motto is: "Stay positive, no matter what life throws at you."
He was stunned when the Banbury Air Training Corps military band turned up at his Oxfordshire care home.
