Staff lose out on free Cup final lunch
MANCHESTER United's players were reeling after being told their loved ones won't get a freebie to the FA Cup final - and they've had to arrange for their own private jet.
Insiders told the Mirror the players were "not happy" after learning via text message that the official trip, which is usually paid for by the club, will not be provided this year.
It means WAGs and relatives will have to pay for their own accommodation, travel and tickets to the match against rivals Manchester City on May 25, a repeat of last year's final.
A source said: "With only recently being made aware of it and only being told by text, it hasn't gone down well.
"The club has offered to arrange hospitality or private boxes for the families but the players will be paying for it."
