DONALD Trump has lost an attempt to bring a case against a former British spy.
The ex-US president had been outraged by claims linking him to Russian sex workers made in a dossier Christopher Steele compiled for his political rivals.
But High Court judge Karen Steyn said Trump had waited nearly seven years to bring the case, so long it was "bound to fail".
The rebuff is just the latest legal blow for Trump, now set to be the Republicans 2024 presidential candidate.
