ONE in three shops are selling vapes to underage kids, a spot-check crackdown has found.
Test purchases in South Lanarkshire saw 21 out of 70 premises visited sold e-cigs illegally to under-18s, with all the offending retailers fined.
Trading Standards chiefs, who conducted the probe over June and July, said the rate of 30 per cent was "significantly worse than expected.
