A DRUG dealer who made more than £ 10 million from his life of crime is to pay just £1 to settle a proceeds of crime action.
Prosecutors and defence lawyers agreed that Mark Quinn, 59, made £10,158,678 during his involvement with the narcotics trade.
But at the High Court in Edinburgh yesterday, lawyers told judge Lord Arthurson that Quinn, of Liverpool, had only £1 in available assets.
Quinn, who is serving a seven-year stretch in prison, has been given six months to hand his over his £1.
