It added that Rae was, "speaking in an aggressive manner towards us".The court heard he was "banging" his head against the seat in front and spilled alcohol over a little girl.The flight was diverted to Newcastle International Airport and Rae was arrested.Rae's behaviour caused chaos after the flight was delayed by a total of five hours and 23 minutes.The return flight from Antalya was delayed by more than 17 hours.Rae, of Falkirk, pled guilty to entering an aircraft when drunk.The magistrates transferred the case to Newcastle Crown Court and Rae will appear there on November 6. Chair of the bench Steven Johnson told him: "This is beyond our sentencing powers."
