Ball shot bodyguard James Beaton in the shoulder and put his gun to Callender's head.&nbsp;Callender grabbed his arm and was shot in the chest.
Ball, who was after a &pound;3m ransom, was jailed for life.
Callender died 20 years ago and his family have now sold that medal and others.
