PARAMEDICS found a baby wipe lodged in the throat of a woman allegedly murdered by her partner.
Aa trial heard ambulance worker Florence McIntosh and a colleague rushed to flats where Christopher McGowan, 28, is alleged to have murdered Claire Inglis.
Ms McIntosh told jurors as they pulled up&nbsp;to the flats, in St Ninians, Stirling, on November 28, 2021, a couple of men were shouting: "He's killed her. Murder. You need to go and help.
Ms McIntosh, 31, said they found the woman with "substantial injuries to her face" lying on the floor with her chest exposed. She had no pulse so they tried to resuscitate her.
She said: "We found something in the airway we weren't expecting. We removed it.&nbsp;It looked like a baby wipe."
McGowan, of Stirling, denies murder, claiming he struck Claire in self defence after being assaulted by her. The charge alleges he had previously used malice and ill-will towards her, and was subject to five separate bail orders.
He also denies being concerned in the supply of class C drug etizolam, threatening police and breaking a bail curfew. The case continues at the High Court in Stirling.
