A STUDENT who could not receive his degree in 1983 over a £64.80 unpaid bill has finally graduated on the same day as his youngest son.Jonny Clothier, 62, has joined wife Helen, 60, and their three kids in graduating from the University of Bristol.He blamed his old flatmate's parrot for the 41-year wait to graduate after it wrecked their university digs.
