THE head of a police call centre at the heart of failings in the Lamara Bell M9 scandal found it "in disarray" and "chaotic" on her first day there.
Laura Henderson was centre manager for Police Scotland's service centre at Bilston Glen, Midlothian, when a an sergeant working overtime shift took a 101 call from a farmer, reporting a crashed car.
