Christopher McGowan, 28, and a woman, accepted to have been mum Claire Inglis, 28, were picked up by the cabbie in Stirling town centre at about 9pm on November 28, 2021.
The cab driver, David Addison, 35, said McGowan asked to be driven to the St Ninians area and sat in the front passenger seat drinking Kopparberg while the woman sat in the back.
When they got to St Ninians, Claire got out near a friend&rsquo;s flat while McGowan remained with one foot in the taxi and the other on the road.
When she was 15 yards away and close to her friend&rsquo;s door, he said to her: &ldquo;Mind get the money, f***ing cargo, and the Dragon Soop.&rdquo;
Mr Addison added: &ldquo;He was gesturing and pointing aggressively, too.
&ldquo;As he got back in the car he said under his breath, &lsquo;I&rsquo;ll f***ing kill ye&rsquo;.&rdquo;
Claire did not get back in the cab. Jurors heard earlier that she was in cardiac arrest when paramedics arrived at her flat at about 5am, and were greeted by people shouting &ldquo;murder&rdquo;.
