A WATCHDOG has found that Police Scotland failed to properly handle the complaints of a delivery driver who was hurt in a "road rage attack".
James McGoldrick called officers for help following the incident in November 2021 - but they instead slapped him with a recorded warning for fighting.
The 60-year-old had been delivering pizza in East Kilbride when he sounded his horn after being cut off by another motorist.
