Allan Bryant, from Glenrothes, was 23 when he vanished after leaving Styx nightclub in the town shortly after 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 3, 2013.
His dad, Allan Bryant Snr, 58, has now given up any hope of finding him alive and hopes a renewed police appeal on the 10th anniversary of his disappearance will bring closure.
&nbsp;Allan said: "I don't think&nbsp; Allan is alive. I have given up all hope.
"Something happened to him that night. Our home is less than a mile from Styx nightclub so there is no way he could have gotten lost."
Allan believes someone must know what happened to his son. He added: "It just doesn't add up and someone in this town. knows something about what happened to him. I am sure of that.''
Allan Jnr had walked with pals to an engagement party at Leslie Golf Club in Glenrothes from his home in Ednam Drive.
He left about midnight and went to Styx. CCTV captured him leaving just after 2 a.m.
