Combs last week settled&nbsp;a case brought under the act by his ex-girlfriend Casandra Ventura.
She claimed he abused and raped her, which he denied. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
Now Combs is facing new allegations that he drugged and sexually assaulted a woman in New York in 1991.
The rapper is accused of&nbsp;filming the alleged incident and giving the tape to others.
The woman is seeking unspecified compensation.
A statement for the rapper said the story was "made up and not credible".
Another woman has claimed Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall took it in turns to rape her and a friend in the early 90s.
Diddy and Hall were approached for comment.
