Department for Transport data showed 210 people seriously or slightly injured in Scotland over the period - less than a third of the figure before the drink-drive limit&nbsp;was lowered almost nine years ago.&nbsp;Hunter Abbott, of personal breathalyser firm AlcoSense, said: "The message seems to be getting through that alcohol impairs judgment and increases the likelihood of an accident."

The percentage of all casualties was the highest in Wales at 7.3 per cent, followed by England at 5.2per cent and Scotland at 4.1 per cent.
